Please be advised that all orders will be filled to the best of our ability with the supplies that are available at the flower market and supply house. If you have any questions regarding an order, please contact us so we can discuss what is available for the requested date. As always order as early as possible. 

All orders placed for Hadley or Amherst; Massachusetts are for single family households only. No Businesses, Hospitals, Schools or Universities.

Delivery Service & Worldwide Sending 

We deliver all arrangements to the recipients front of the home or workplace. If the recipient dose not answer the door, we will leave the order by the front door. If the delivery is to the workplace, we will leave the order at the front desk / receptionist. If you would like to arrange delivery instructions different to this, please use the special instructions category. The delivery may happen anytime in the morning, afternoon or evening. If you have a specific time slot, please use the timed delivery category. 

Sympathy Etiquette

Send floral baskets or living plants when the sender has a closer relationship to the bereaved than to the deceased. 

Sympathy baskets are appropriate when sent by the family, or those who had a deeper or formal relationship with the deceased. 

Floral wreaths, crosses, and sprays are appropriate when sent by anyone other than those not acquainted with the deceased. 

Casket covers are reserved for family members only.

It is appropriate to send brightly - colored flowers for a funeral because it can reflect the energic personality of the deceased. 

Tributes are generally chosen by good friends or family members. also, appropriate when given by anyone in case of cremation.

It is acceptable to send flowers in a glass vase to a funeral. 

Floral honors are always appreciated, no matter when they are received.
